Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers lovely views of the grounds from rooms with 2 single beds, but lacks a separate shower and had a broken bed. The service made every single member of the party feel special and the food was excellent, although basic customer service was noted at reception. Situated in beautiful gardens with views towards the bridge over the Sirhowy River in Blackwood, the location lacked CCTV surveillance in one area and necessitated getting pizzas delivered on a fully booked night at the restaurant. The dining experience provided a mix of dishes, including Korean cuisine. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with views of the grounds and a sunny atmosphere. The contemporary feel adds to the charm, especially with the 2 single beds. The service was exceptional, making every single member of our group feel special, and the food was excellent. The location in beautiful gardens with views towards the bridge over the Sirhowy River in Blackwood was breathtaking. The dining experience provided delicious Array food, but the tinned mushrooms were a letdown. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
